Testimonials
Posted on Emily CongdonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can't speak highly enough of the incredible care my dog has received from Rochelle. From the moment she walked through the door, we were met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion. My dog was treated not just as a patient, but as a cherished companion — and that made all the difference. The progress we've seen has been nothing short of amazing. Each session was thoughtfully tailored to my dog's needs, and the Rochelle took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel informed and reassured throughout the journey. Rochelles expertise, patience, and gentle approach helped my dog regain strength, mobility, and confidence. We're sadly moving away soon, and we will truly miss Rochelle — she's been such a special part of our dog's recovery, wellbeing and on going maintenance. If you're looking for someone who truly understands and cares for animals, I wholeheartedly recommend her. She's given my dog a new lease on life, and I’m beyond grateful. She has been a great help with Winnie and has devised exercises specifically for her. She is well informed and great at educating owners. We have enjoyed good results. Winnie loves her. We have been so impressed that my wife is seeing her for a muscular problem and is already seeing great results after one visit after several months of pain.Posted on Sarah BarronTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rochelle of Vault physio was very thorough and attentive to our spaniels needs for physio after being diagnosed with tendonitis. We were also shown what exercises we could do at home that would help recovery in the shortest possible time. We are so pleased and relieved that our spaniel fully recovered in 2 months. Lou & Ned xxxPosted on Davina CourtTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our dog suffered a spinal injury jumping for a ball, paralysing his rear legs. When we brought him home from specialist vet’s he could only manage a few steps supported by a sling. Rochelle started physiotherapy with Finn 1 week post injury. To say she has been incredible would be an understatement. Her reassurance, knowledge and work with our boy has been amazing. Every visit checking in progress and adjusting his therapy to obtain ongoing and increasing improvement. At 12 weeks our boy is running, swimming and enjoying his best life again and we are very grateful to Rochelle who has made this possible. Highly recommend.
